First charge
Charge the vacuum cleaner for 5h before first use. The LED indicator flashes during charging and becomes steady when it is charged.

Choose the right speed
Gentle mode (45 min): daily use on hardwood floors. Normal mode (30 min): rugs and carpets. Turbo mode (18 min): stubborn dirt or pet hair.

Empty the dust bin
Press the bin release button, remove the bin, and empty it into a trash can. Clean the inside with a dry cloth if necessary.

Clean the HEPA filter
Remove the filter, tap it to remove the dust, and rinse it with cold water. Let it dry for at least 24h before reinstalling.

Store it properly
Use the included wall mount to store the vacuum cleaner vertically. This protects the battery and saves space.

Battery life seems shorter than expected

Battery life decreases over time if the battery is regularly discharged to 0%. Recharge it as soon as the indicator turns red. In Turbo mode, battery life is 18 minutes, which is normal.

The vacuum cleaner suddenly switches off

Check that the HEPA filter is not clogged—a dirty filter can trigger thermal protection. Clean the filter and let the appliance cool for 10 minutes before restarting.

The LED display level is not working

The LED display is integrated into the handle. If it shows nothing, check that the vacuum cleaner is turned on. If the problem persists after a full charge, contact our customer service.

Can the main brush be washed?

Yes. Remove the brush, manually remove hair and threads, then rinse with lukewarm water. Complete drying required (24h) before reinstalling.

Initial assembly
Fit the foldable tube onto the main unit until it clicks. Attach the main brush to the tube. Hang the vacuum cleaner on the wall mount for storage and charging.

Operating modes
Normal mode (40 min): daily use on all types of floors. Boost mode (20 min): for stubborn dirt or areas with a high density of pet hair.

Brush LED lights
The 4 green LEDs illuminate the area under furniture and reveal dust invisible to the naked eye. They turn on automatically when the vacuum starts.

Filter and maintenance
Empty the dustbin after each use. Wash the HEPA filter once a month with cold water. Do not put it in the dishwasher or use detergent.

The brush has stopped rotating

Remove the brush and clear away hair and threads wrapped around the roller. A blocked roller is the most common cause. If the problem persists after cleaning, contact our customer service for a warranty replacement.

The vacuum cleaner is making an unusual noise

A high-pitched noise often indicates a clogged filter or a foreign object in the tube. Check the tube, brush, and filter. Clean them and restart.

Can the V9 Pro be used on thick carpets?

Yes, activate Boost mode for long-pile carpets. The golden V brush is designed to penetrate between the fibers.

Getting started
Attach the main brush or desired accessory (dusting brush, crevice tool) to the device body. Press the power button to start.

Double HEPA filter
The V12 Pro is equipped with two HEPA filters for maximum allergen retention. Wash the filters separately in cold water every 30 days.

Dustbin maintenance
The transparent dustbin lets you monitor the fill level. Empty it as soon as the dustbin reaches the MAX line to maintain suction performance.

❓ Frequently Asked Questions — V12 Pro

The suction power is gradually decreasing

Check both HEPA filters—one of them may be clogged. Clean both and make sure the dustbin is completely empty. Also make sure no dirt is blocking the brush inlet.

The dustbin is difficult to remove

Press firmly on the release button on the side of the device while pulling the dustbin downward. If the mechanism is stiff, gently cleaning it with a dry cloth may help.

What is the difference compared with the V9 Pro?

The V12 Pro is more compact and lightweight, making it ideal for small spaces and quick use. The V9 Pro offers longer battery life (40 min vs. the V12) and brush LEDs for cleaning under furniture.
