Charge the vacuum for 5h before first use. The LED indicator blinks during charging and becomes steady when fully charged.
Soft Mode (45 min): daily use on hardwood floors. Normal Mode (30 min): carpets and rugs. Turbo Mode (18 min): stubborn dirt or pet hair.
Press the dustbin release button, remove it and empty it into a trash can. Clean the inside with a dry cloth if necessary.
Remove the filter, tap it to eliminate dust, rinse with cold water. Let it dry for at least 24h before reinstalling.
Use the provided wall mount to store the vacuum vertically. This protects the battery and saves space.

Battery life seems shorter than expected
Battery life decreases over time if the battery is regularly discharged to 0%. Recharge as soon as the indicator turns red. In Turbo mode, the battery life is 18 minutes, which is normal.
The vacuum turns off suddenly
Check that the HEPA filter is not clogged — a dirty filter can trigger thermal protection. Clean the filter and let the device cool for 10 minutes before restarting.
The LED display level is not working
The LED screen is integrated into the handle. If it shows nothing, check that the vacuum is turned on. If the problem persists after a full charge, contact our customer service.
Can the main brush be washed?
Yes. Remove the brush, take out hair and threads by hand, then rinse with lukewarm water. Complete drying required (24h) before reinstalling.
Snap the folding tube onto the main unit until it clicks. Attach the main brush to the tube. Hang the vacuum on the wall mount for storage and charging.
Normal mode (40 min): daily use on all types of floors. Boost mode (20 min): for stubborn dirt or areas with high hair density.
The 4 green LEDs illuminate under furniture and reveal dust invisible to the naked eye. They turn on automatically when starting up.
Empty the bin after each use. Wash the HEPA filter once a month with cold water. Do not put in the dishwasher or use detergent.

The brush no longer spins
Remove the brush and eliminate hair and threads wrapped around the roller. A blockage in the roller is the most common cause. If the problem persists after cleaning, contact our customer service for a warranty replacement.
The vacuum is making an unusual noise
A high-pitched noise often indicates a clogged filter or a foreign object in the tube. Check the tube, brush, and filter. Clean and restart.
Can the V9 Pro be used on thick carpets?
Yes, activate Boost mode for long-pile carpets. The golden V brush is designed to penetrate between fibers.

The V12 Pro is equipped with two HEPA filters for maximum allergen retention. Wash the filters separately in cold water every 30 days.

Suction power is gradually decreasing
Check both HEPA filters — one of them may be clogged. Clean both and ensure the bin is completely empty. Also, make sure no dirt is blocking the brush entrance.
The dust bin is difficult to remove
Press firmly on the unlock button located on the side of the device while pulling the bin down. If the mechanism is stiff, a light cleaning with a dry cloth may help.
What is the difference with the V9 Pro?
The V12 Pro is more compact and lightweight, ideal for small spaces and quick use. The V9 Pro offers greater battery life (40 min vs V12) and brush LEDs for use under furniture.
