🔋 My vacuum cleaner no longer charges
Check that the charging cable is properly connected and that the outlet is working. If the problem persists after 4 hours of charging, contact our customer service with your order number.
🧹 The brush no longer turns
Remove the brush and clean the hair/threads wrapped around the roller. Check that nothing is blocking the rotation. If the problem persists, contact us for a free replacement under warranty.
🔊 My vacuum cleaner is making an unusual noise
Empty the dust bin and clean the HEPA filter (washable). A clogged filter is the most common cause of unusual noise. Let it dry for 24 hours before reusing.
📦 I want to return my product
You have 14 days after receipt to return the product. Contact us by email with your order number, and we will send you a prepaid return label.

HEPA filters, brushes, and accessories are available in our store. Contact us if you cannot find the part you are looking for — we can send some parts for free under warranty.
